Textured Proteins as Steaks

Steaks made from textured vegetable protein are particularly neutral in taste and are therefore ideal for various dishes when refined with spices and herbs. They resemble the texture and structure of chicken and turkey slices or fish fillets. They can be marinated or made into burgers or nuggets in more complex production processes. We supply soy steaks made from genetically unmodified soy.
