Soy Grits
Our fullfat soy grits are produced from thermally treated, genetically unmodified soybeans at the Witzmann Mill in Austria. The roasted soy grits contains many natural dietary fibres, increases the protein content and tastes pleasantly nutty. Roasted soy grits optimises the bite properties of health breads and baked goods and can also be used in muesli bars and ready-to-eat flour. Water binding is increased and thus the shelf life of products is extended. The soy grits are also available in organic quality.
