For thickening and emulsifying aqueous and oily solutions such as anhydrous creams, toppings, sauces, ragouts and pâtés, we offer natural ingredients that are completely odourless and tasteless and are therefore suitable for many applications in the food industry.
Natural thickeners and emulsifiers make ingredient mixtures homogeneous and stable, reduce viscosity, prevent segregation and prevent crystallisation. As a natural thickener, we have mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids from rapeseed oil in our range.
