Insoluble Dietary Fibres
Insoluble fibre improves the texture of baked goods, resists high temperatures and does not increase the calorie intake of finished foods. Insoluble fibres can be used in meat or fish pastes, canned meats, dressings and sauces, dairy products, baked and frozen products, waffles, spreads and cones. Insoluble dietary fibres have a positive effect on health because they store a lot of water, have a low viscosity and promote digestion.
