Lupin Grits

Lupin grits are a wholesome protein granulate. They are made from sweet lupin seeds, which are cleaned, peeled and gently processed in a thermal process. Our lupin grits have excellent chewing properties even before the baking process. Thanks to a targeted selection of varieties, the grits contain the following natural components: polyunsaturated fatty acids, dietary fibre, tocopherol, lecithin and carotenoids. The lupin meal produced in the Austrian mill Witzmann is excellently digestible, free of bitter substances and tastes pleasantly nutty. The lupin grits are also available in organic quality.
