Lupin Flour Toasted
Our lupin flour is produced at the Austrian Witzmann Mill from single-variety sweet lupins, which are cleaned, peeled and finely ground after heating. The sun-yellow toasted lupin flour offers the following natural ingredients through a targeted selection of varieties: polyunsaturated fatty acids, dietary fibre, tocopherol, lecithin and carotenoids. Toasted lupin flour acts as a natural emulsifier and can be dispersed in fat and water. It refines the texture of baked goods and wafers and, due to its colour, makes it possible to save egg in pasta and durable baked goods. Toasted lupin flour is also available in organic quality.
