Kernel Flours
Kernel flours serve as a thickening agent without providing additional calories or affecting the taste of the product to which they are added. We supply natural kernel flours made from carob as the base mass. Our carob bean gums are available in three colour varieties with different roasts and flavours.
The kernel flours are widely used in the production of ice cream, dairy products, in the preparation of sauces and preserves as well as in the confectionery and bakery industry. They are also used in the preparation of sausages and cold cuts.
