Pea Grits

Pea grits consist of toasted meal of the yellow pea. It improves water retention and provides a tender texture. Pea grits are used in recipes for breads and biscuits. Our pea grits are produced at the Austrian Witzmann Mill from peas that are guaranteed to be genetically unmodified and grown in Europe.
