Soy Bran
Our soy bran is produced in the Austrian Witzmann Mill from thermally treated, guaranteed genetically unmodified and regionally grown soybeans. Soy bran increases water absorption fourfold and also supports the effect of dietary fibre, making baked goods easier to digest. The edible bran is used in bread mixes as well as in sports nutrition. Soy bran is also available in organic quality.
