Fullfat Soy Flour Toasted
Our enzyme-inactive toasted fullfat soy flour is produced by the Austrian family business Witzmann Mühle. The soybeans for this flour are grown exclusively in Austria and are guaranteed to be genetically unmodified. The enzyme-inactive soy flour optimises the wafer production process by refining the structure, reducing sticking to rollers and wafer breakage. In the case of fat fillings, it prevents the separation of fat and the loss of water, resulting in an improved consistency of the fillings. With a slightly nutty taste and smell, it is also used as a nut substitute in nutrition bars and biscuits, for example. The toasted soy flour is also available in organic quality.
